Environment variables

Copy .env.example to .env.local for development. Everything is optional locally. In production you must set BETTER_AUTH_SECRET, BETTER_AUTH_URL and NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL.

Variable	Default	Notes
`NEXT_PUBLIC_SITE_URL`	`http://localhost:3000`	Public URL, used for share links, OG images and auth callbacks. Baked in at build time, so set it before `npm run build`.
`BETTER_AUTH_URL`		The same URL. Required in production.
`BETTER_AUTH_SECRET`		Required in production. Generate with `openssl rand -base64 32`.
`POSY_SIGNUP`	`first-user`	Who can sign up: `first-user` (the first account owns the instance), `open` or `closed`.
`POSY_DATA_DIR`	`.data` (`/data` in Docker)	Where the SQLite file and uploads live.
`DATABASE_URL`	local SQLite file	Turso / libSQL URL such as `libsql://your-db.turso.io`.
`DATABASE_AUTH_TOKEN`		Turso auth token.
`BLOB_READ_WRITE_TOKEN`		Vercel Blob token for image uploads in production. Locally, uploads go to `public/uploads`.
`GITHUB_CLIENT_ID`, `GITHUB_CLIENT_SECRET`		Optional GitHub sign-in.
`GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID`, `GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET`		Optional Google sign-in.
`GITHUB_TOKEN`		Optional. Raises the GitHub API limit for repo tiles.
